Life is a journey. Every life has its surprises, its setbacks. You may know where you want to go but feel blocked. Or sometimes, you’re not sure where the road of life is leading you. Sometimes you spend so much time looking back, that you can’t see what is in front of you. Or you may feel that you are not on a road at all; you may feel you are lost in a maze.

Talking honestly about your life with someone who can provide a calming perspective can make all the difference.

I am a psychologist who works with adults, children, teens, and couples. My practice has included many people who are feeling depressed, discouraged, angry, anxious, or seem to be unable to make progress as they should.

Psychotherapy may seem daunting, but that is why I come with you every step of the way. We will work together to develop a pace that you can manage. The goal will be to challenge you only to the degree that is helpful to you. Working together, we can set you up for success.

My approach is flexible and adapted to every client I see. I take a completely client-centered, individualized approach and will use a mix of techniques from psychodynamic approaches, family systems theory, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to provide you with the therapeutic approach that is best suited to your individual goals, situation, and needs.
